NO A/C! For the past two to three weeks I’ve came into this location and other locations and Los Fresnos is the only location without AC! Customers sweating waiting for their pizza. Employees look like they’re going to pass out from working in these hot unbearable conditions! Someone should call OSHA! This is so wrong for customers and employees. Other locations have working AC and it’s cold in the store.

I always go through drive through and the employees always give great service and are very fast. The food always comes out hot and I have never had any issues with this location.

Juan (the general manager I’m assuming) was extremely respectful and patient with me wanting to try a new dish. I have nothing negative to say about him he was really professional however waiting for my food to be made was dreadful. I’m not sure if their AC isn’t working but it was extremely hot and I had to step outside to get some fresh air. Really hope they can look into that.

Came to write a review on the horrible ac conditions and see others have already said the same thing. Super humid almost unbearable if you’re going to wait at the counter for your food. Cashier at the front it’s been an issue for a while now. Stopped by again today and the ac has still not been fixed! Did not want to wait in the lobby while I waited for my order, unbelievable.not to mention it’s 100 degrees out!!

I just went a around 2:25 got my pizza. Super duper hard. Can’t even feed it to my one year old. That was the whole point on why I even got one. Try calling and phone doesn’t even ring. Do better little caesars.
